Important Notes:

Our fee for mail forwarding only includes our service. Postage and transport fees cannot be included in our pricing packages since they vary so much depending on the destination, the weight and the delivery method that you choose. Our accounting team therefore adds to your invoice the cost of shipping, at our cost i.e. we do not make a profit on shipping costs. Here are some pricing examples:

• Post office prices for letters.
• Post office prices for parcels.

Our pricing structure attempts to be flexible, yet simple. Some of our customers receive a lot of letters but very few faxes. Others receive a lot of faxes and parcels once in a while only. Others receive several parcels every week and need us to pay their invoices on their behalf in France.

In order for our customers to subscribe to only one pricing package, yet have access to all our services (scans, faxes, invoice paid, mail forward), we designed a system of equivalences:

• 1 page of mail scanned is worth 1 unit
• 1 fax page is worth 1/2 a unit
• 1 scanned envelope is worth 1/2 a unit
• 1 invoice payment on your behalf is worth 5 units
• 1 parcel forwarded is worth 5 units

A simple example: the pricing package "Courrier by Internet Standard". This package includes 50 pages of scanned mail per month, that is 50 units. With this package a customer could receive 20 faxes and 40 scanned pages one month, and next month, for the same price:

• ask us to pay 2 invoices on his behalf
• receive 20 scanned pages
• get 2 parcels to be forwarded
• get 10 faxes
• and ask us to forward all his mail at the end of the month.

You can give us specific instructions as to how often we must forward your mail. Possible choices are: daily, weekly, every 2 weeks and monthly. The standard frequency indicated in the pricing packages above is the choice we'll make without other instructions from you.
You may also ask us to store your mail in our offices for several months.
