UBIDOCA is a team of professionals specialized in helping French expatriates around the world with mail and administrative tasks in France. The concept was soon extended to providing that service to anybody in the world who needed a virtual office in France. The company was created by Hervé Deschamps, a long time French expatriate who also invented the concept of forwarding paper mail via Internet:
