About us: UBIDOCA

UBIDOCA is a team of professionals specialized in helping French expatriates around the world with mail and administrative tasks in France. The concept was soon extended to providing that service to anybody in the world who needed a virtual office in France. The company was created by Hervé Deschamps, a long time French expatriate who also invented the concept of forwarding paper mail via Internet:

End of 2004: after 21 years as an expatriate, Hervé Deschamps, invents the concept of forwarding paper mail on the Internet.
March 2005: the company is created.
End of 2005: UBIDOCA already shows profits; its capital stock is doubled.
2006: UBIDOCA gets the attention of the first innovative Human Resources Directors looking for new incentives for their staff working overseas.
End of 2006: La Banque Transatlantique integrates UBIDOCA in its special offering for expatriates "Cap Transat".
2007: UBIDOCA obtains the certification of Cercle Magellan HR & Mobilité Internationale.
2007: First television and radio interviews (see UBIDOCA in the Press).
